Listing Policy

This Listing Policy explains the rules for posting advertisements, products, services, jobs, properties, vehicles, and other listings on Togo Goo (tggoo.tg). By posting a listing, you agree to comply with this policy, the Togo Goo Terms of Use, other applicable Platform policies, and applicable law.

1. General Listing Requirements

Listings on Togo Goo must be lawful, accurate, genuine, appropriately categorized, and posted by a person or business authorized to offer the advertised item or service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your listing and the item, service, opportunity, or information it promotes comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and Togo Goo policies.

Togo Goo may review, reject, restrict, edit for moderation purposes, suspend, or remove listings that violate this policy or otherwise create legal, security, fraud, or marketplace-integrity concerns.

2. Prohibited Items and Services

You may not use Togo Goo to advertise, offer, request, distribute, facilitate, or promote goods, services, activities, or content that are illegal or prohibited by this policy.

Prohibited listings include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or unlawfully supplied medicines;
  • Stolen goods or property that the seller is not authorized to sell;
  • Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized goods that infringe intellectual property rights;
  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, destructive devices, and other prohibited or unlawfully offered weapons;
  • Human remains, human organs, blood, bodily fluids, or other human body parts where such sale or distribution is unlawful or inappropriate for the Platform;
  • Sexual services, prostitution, sexual exploitation, or content involving sexual exploitation;
  • Sexual content involving minors or any material that exploits, endangers, or sexually depicts children;
  • Fraudulent financial products, forged documents, stolen payment information, or services intended to facilitate fraud;
  • Personal identification documents, private personal data, financial credentials, account credentials, or unlawfully obtained confidential information;
  • Malware, computer viruses, credential-stealing tools, or products and services intended primarily to compromise computers, accounts, networks, or data;
  • Illegal gambling products or services;
  • Goods, services, or content whose sale, possession, promotion, or distribution is prohibited by applicable law;
  • Any other item, service, or activity that Togo Goo prohibits to protect users, comply with applicable law, or maintain marketplace safety and integrity.

3. Regulated and Restricted Items

Some goods and services may be lawful only when specific licensing, age, registration, authorization, safety, or other regulatory requirements are satisfied.

Where Togo Goo permits such a category, the seller is responsible for holding all required licenses or authorizations and complying with all applicable restrictions. Togo Goo may prohibit or restrict a regulated category even where some transactions involving that category may otherwise be lawful.

Users should not interpret the availability of a category or listing form on Togo Goo as confirmation that a particular transaction is lawful.

4. Accurate and Truthful Listings

Listings must accurately describe the item, service, property, vehicle, job, business opportunity, or other subject being advertised.

You must not:

  • Provide false, deceptive, fraudulent, or materially misleading information;
  • Misrepresent the condition, origin, ownership, price, availability, specifications, location, or characteristics of an item or service;
  • Impersonate another person, company, organization, or government authority;
  • Use misleading titles, descriptions, images, prices, or contact information to attract users;
  • Advertise an item or service that does not genuinely exist or is not genuinely available;
  • Hide material defects or facts where doing so would make the listing misleading.

5. Ownership and Authority to List

You may list only goods, services, properties, opportunities, or other subject matter that you own or are authorized to advertise.

If you are acting for another person or business, you must have appropriate authority to publish the listing and communicate with prospective buyers, renters, clients, applicants, or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

Your listing must not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, patent, design, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

You must have the necessary rights or permission to use photographs, logos, descriptions, videos, documents, and other content included in your listing.

Counterfeit and pirated goods are prohibited.

7. Listing Category and Location

Listings must be placed in the most appropriate category and must use accurate location information.

You must not intentionally place a listing in an unrelated category or use a false location to obtain additional exposure or mislead users.

Togo Goo may move, recategorize, restrict, or remove incorrectly categorized listings.

8. Duplicate and Spam Listings

Do not repeatedly post identical or substantially similar listings in a manner that creates spam, manipulates search results, or unfairly increases visibility.

Togo Goo may remove duplicate listings or restrict accounts that repeatedly use duplicate, automated, misleading, or abusive posting practices.

9. Listing Images and Media

Images and other media should accurately represent the advertised item or service and must comply with applicable law and Togo Goo policies.

Do not upload images or media that are misleading, stolen, unlawfully copied, sexually exploitative, excessively graphic, or unrelated to the listing.

10. Pricing

Where a price is required, sellers should provide a genuine and reasonably accurate price for the advertised item or service.

Do not use intentionally false, unrealistic, or placeholder prices solely to manipulate search results or attract inquiries.

If a price is negotiable or depends on defined conditions, the listing should communicate that clearly where the Platform provides an appropriate option.

11. Jobs and Business Opportunities

Job advertisements and business opportunities must be genuine and must not be used to facilitate fraud, unlawful discrimination, identity theft, pyramid schemes, deceptive recruitment, or requests for inappropriate payments or confidential information.

Advertisers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, business, licensing, and other legal requirements.

12. Properties

Property listings must be posted by the owner or by a person or business authorized to advertise the property.

Material information about the property, transaction type, location, price, and relevant conditions should be represented accurately.

Users should independently verify ownership, authority, documentation, and transaction details before making payments or entering into property agreements.

13. Vehicles

Vehicle listings must accurately represent the vehicle being offered, including material information about its identity, condition, ownership, and availability where applicable.

A seller must have the legal right or appropriate authorization to offer the vehicle.

14. Businesses and Professional Services

Businesses and service providers must accurately represent their identity, qualifications, services, and contact information.

Where a profession or activity requires a license, registration, permit, certification, or other authorization, the advertiser is responsible for satisfying those requirements.

15. Safety and Illegal Activity

Listings must not promote violence, exploitation, trafficking, fraud, theft, harassment, unlawful discrimination, or other illegal activity.

Listings must not contain malicious code or be designed to obtain passwords, payment credentials, identity information, or other sensitive information through deception.

16. Hate, Harassment, and Abusive Content

Listings must not contain unlawful threats, targeted harassment, or content that promotes violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics under applicable law.

Togo Goo may remove abusive or harmful content that threatens user safety or undermines the integrity of the marketplace.

17. Seller Information and Contact Details

Sellers must provide information reasonably required by Togo Goo to create and maintain an account or listing.

Information provided to Togo Goo must be accurate and current. Users must not intentionally provide false identities, deceptive contact details, or information belonging to another person without authorization.

18. Off-Platform Conduct and Transactions

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable care when communicating, meeting, inspecting goods, making payments, delivering items, or completing transactions.

Do not use Togo Goo listings to direct users into fraudulent payment arrangements, phishing schemes, advance-fee scams, or other deceptive transactions.

19. Review and Moderation

Togo Goo may use automated systems, manual review, user reports, account information, and other reasonable methods to detect potential violations.

Publication of a listing does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or legal approval by Togo Goo.

Togo Goo may request additional information or evidence when reasonably necessary to review a listing or account.

20. Consequences of Violating this Policy

Depending on the nature, severity, frequency, and circumstances of a violation, Togo Goo may take one or more actions, including:

  • Rejecting or removing a listing;
  • Limiting the visibility of a listing;
  • Requesting corrections or additional verification;
  • Restricting access to particular features;
  • Suspending or terminating an account;
  • Restricting the creation of additional listings or accounts;
  • Preserving information or cooperating with lawful requests from competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law;
  • Taking other reasonable measures necessary to protect users, the Platform, or third parties.

21. Reporting a Listing

If you believe a listing violates this policy, infringes your rights, is fraudulent, or involves prohibited activity, use the reporting tools available on Togo Goo or contact support@tggoo.tg.

When reporting a listing, provide enough information for Togo Goo to identify and review the listing and the nature of the concern.

22. Policy Updates

Togo Goo may update this Listing Policy as its marketplace, safety practices, product categories, or legal requirements change. The current version published on tggoo.tg will apply from its stated effective or publication date, subject to applicable law.
